The story takes place on Earth in 3,000 years: nature and wildlife have reclaimed their rights. After risking extinction because of pollution, humans have changed their way of life so as not to exploit living things. They have also created ecobots, sensitive robots that clean up the Earth.

Humans and robots live together in the service of nature, on lands where they can build their habitat, make objects and make them available to the whole community, developing their creativity and learning to discover the world around them.
